Jet Malfunction That Killed Former Obama Administration Official Identified US News | The Epoch Times https://ift.tt/OkAHoUr A business jet flying over New England on March 3 experienced malfunction in its autopilot system resulting in the death of a former Obama administration official, according to a U.S. transportation investigation report published on Friday. According to the report, the jet had cockpit warnings that led the pilots to switch off a system that helps to keep the aircraft stable. The jet began violently pitching upward and then downward, injuring Dana Hyde, 55, of Cabin John, Maryland, who died from blunt-force injuries later in a hospital. Hyde served in government positions during the Clinton and Obama administrations and was counsel for the 9/11 Commission, formally known as the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States....
